Dear Sir:-

            This will acknowledge and thank you for your letter of the 21^st ultimo, forwarding photographs of Mrs. Kathleen Skinner, 39 Almond Street, Halifax, and her two children Basil and Nancy, who were lost in the sinking of the S.S. Caribou.

            I now enclose for your information, copy of report of District Inspector W.F. Case, dated October 27^th 1942, in this connection.

            The photographs in question are returned herewith.
